With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott Cutler of Yankton, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Richard and Beverly Gustafson; his grandparents, Carl, Shirley Cutler, Bob, Lois Warnke, Dewain Warner and Marie Della Ventura; and his aunts and uncles, Wayne Warner, Trudy Guettler, Nancy and Gene Bowen.
He is survived by: his parents, Curt Cutler and Sharon Cutler (Warner) of Columbus, NE; his wife Debbie Cutler of Yankton; his sons, Alexander of Yankton, Jared of Yankton and Garrett of Yankton; and his siblings, Todd Cutler (Shelly) of Omaha, NE and Stephanie Ferguson (Bob) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home (2901 Douglas Ave, Yankton, SD 57078). A prayer was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (1009 Jackson St, Yankton, SD 57078).
