He is survived by: his mother Carol Faulk (Fesler); his children, Dustin Faulk (Marie) of Yankton, Tonya (Scott Hybertson) of Parker, SD and Amber Evans (Matt) of Yankton, SD; and his grandchildren, Kelsie, Tierney, Braydon, Paxton Faulk, Teagen Reif, Eli, Ivy and Cru Evans. He is also survived by four brothers; and one sister.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home & Crematory (601 W 21st St, Yankton, SD 57078). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
