She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Gene and Thelma Brooksher. She is survived by: her sons, John and Jacob Stack; her sister Marcia Carlisle (Ronny); her nephews, Eli Carlisle (Shauna) and Chance Carlisle (Bella); her niece Ginger Carlisle; her great-niece Claire Carlisle; and her great-nephews, Brooks, Cooper and Lucas Carlisle.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home (509 N Walnut St, Springfield, TN 37172). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
