Though Robert may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brown Davis; his children, John Davis (Jennifer) of Murfreesboro, Christian Robert Davis (Kirsten) of Germany and Jennifer (Bryan); his grandchild Christiana; and his sisters, Barbara Harmon, Cathy Davis and Margaret Cleveland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
