She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin (W. F.) and Mary Ruth Crangle Mitchell; her husband Billy Wayne Wagoner; and her son Jon Clay Wagoner. She is survived by: her daughter Angela Flatt of Adamsville, TN; her siblings, Robert Mitchell of Cedar Hill, TN, William Mitchell (Beverly) of Hernando, MS, David Mitchell (Debbie) of Bethel Springs, TN and Lisa Curtis (Mike) of Orlando, FL; and her grandchildren, Jon Matthew Wagoner (Alex), Hollie Daniel (Josh), Ben Flatt, Sharla Teel (Taylor) and Jessica Hicks. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and a multitude of extended family members and friends.
