She was predeceased by: her mother Leona Chance; her former husband Gary Oxendine; and her brother Dale Hawkins. She is survived by: her husband James T. Booker; her sons, Adam Oxendine and Michael Oxendine; her father Carl Hawkins; her sister Doris; her brother-in-law John Brown; and her brother Carl Dennis Hawkins.
