He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phillip and Debbie. He is survived by: his wife Christie; his children, Cass (Dave), Jessi (Chad), Brooke, Alex (Lakin), Elijah (Sydney), Jacob (Alex), Carleigh (Marc), Carl II and Phillip; his brother Gary (Donna); his grandchildren, JJ, Cenoa, Elijah, Jax, Oliver, Sophia, Destinee, Ryder, Octavia and Florence; and his niece Ashley. He is also survived by extended family members, dear friends.
