With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Maxine Roberts (Afton, Tennessee), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Heck and Alonzo Heck. She is survived by: her daughter Karen; her son-in-law Tim Hawk; her son Tony; her daughter-in-law Kelly Roberts; her grandchildren, Jamie (Becky), Gabe, Brooklyn Katelyn, Lauren, Lindsey and Ryan; her sisters, Irene McGinnis of Knoxville, Dolly Sexton of Rogersville and Wanda Woods of Greeneville; her close friends, Bernadette Keys, Sue La France and Linda Hayes; and her son Dwayne Roberts.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Baileyton First Baptist Church (1208 Baileyton Main St, Greeneville, TN 37745).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made at First Baptist Church of Baileyton, 1208 Main St. Baileyton.
