He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve Murray Bolton; his parents, Samuel Bolton and Audra Bolton; and his siblings, Kermit Bolton, Grover Charles Bolton, Waylon Bolton, Delmar Ray Bolton (Bill Bolton) and Mary Alice Hensley.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy (Bryan Davenport), Stacy (Amy Bolton), Shawna (Steve Crawford), Nicki (Bart Hurlbert) and Lisa Hobbs; his grandchildren, Ashley, Luke Stewart, Sarah, Austin Drew, Nicole Davenport, Brett Bolton, Fiance'Molly Behland, Katie Bolton, Seth Crawford, Fiance'Shania Leonard, Beau Hurlbert, Keaton Hurlbert and Brock Hurlbert; his great grandchildren, Will, Nate, Emmett Stewart, Everett Drew and Bennett Davenport; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Bolton, Judy Bolton, Maxine Murray, Jane Murray and Jackie Murray; and his nephews, Wes Bolton and Terry Murray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
