He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Tullock and Letha Phillips Tullock; his wife Ruth Hartman Tullock; and his siblings, Ethel Tullock, Howard Tullock, Robert Tullock (Reba) and Harlan Tullock (Gertie).

He is survived by : his sister Gladys Tullock; his sister-in-law Margaret Tullock; his caregiver Charlie Fellers; and also, Macy Kidwell and Talon Kidwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as many great and great great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Greene County-Greeneville EMS 1027 Forest Street, Greeneville, Tennessee 37745.
