He is survived by: his significant other Angela Metcalf Dingwell; his sister Betty MacDonald (Barry); his stepchildren, Michael DeLorenzo and Veronica Castleberry (John); his grandchildren, Luke and Emma Grace Castleberry; his father-in-law Alvin Metcalf; and his siblings, Barry, Tim, Dale and Sandy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
