He was predeceased by : his parents, Mack Allen and Mary Edwards Allen; and his siblings, Shirley Allen, Debra Allen, Willie Allen, Cecil Allen and Calvin Allen.
He is survived by : his wife Martha T. Allen of Alamo, TN; his children, Harry L. Allen Jr. (Brandi Gatlin), Jeffery Allen (Tiffany) and Veronica Allen Broadnax (Earnest); and his siblings, Mack Allen, Jr., James Taylor, Charlotte Allen, Linda Johnson (Noble), Arreda Allen, Percillia Anthony, Vanessa Miller and Lana Pitts. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
