She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard and Ruby Culberson Ellis; and her siblings, Mary Louise Ellis, Barbara Froio, Gerald Eugene Ellis and Charles Wayne Ellis.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Smith; her brother-in-law Randy Smith (Rhonda); her nephew Cody Smith (Misty); her nieces, Amanda Smith and Vicky Gilliam; her great-niece Tracey White (Travis Laechlin); her great-nephew Matthew Mayo (Rebecca); Freya Mayo.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ronk Funeral Home (106 S Bells St, Alamo, TN 38001). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
