She is survived by: her husband Ronald Larry Van Cleave; her daughter Stacey Eve Basenese of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Reagan Basenese of Tennessee, LJ Basenese of Tennessee and Eva Grace Basenese of Tennessee; and her stepchildren, Debra Townsend of Atlanta, Georgia, Lisa Rizzo of Alexandria, Michael Van Cleave of Moscow and Donald Kurt Van Cleave of Bartlett, Tennessee.. She is also survived by her family deeply—her husband, her children, and her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
