She is survived by: her children, John Chapman, Cheryl Vesser, Linda Brackins (Mark) and Leslie Woodall (Jeff Woodall); her son-in-law Alex Carroll; her grandchildren, Ryan Koons (Taylor), Chaz Vesser (Holly), Colby Vesser, Travis Chapman, Madisyn Chapman and Hunter Woodall (Alicia); her great grandchildren, Hailey, Landon, Lacy, Asher and Micah; and her siblings, Sheila Smith (Wayne) and Russell Brackins (Ginger).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapman Home (1743 Hollister Dr, Alcoa, TN 37701).
