Helen leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Helen’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her husband Larry C. Tidwell; and her son Donnie Tidwell. She is survived by: her children, Beth Marine, Jon Marc Tidwell and Paul Tidwell; and her sister Ann Kopke. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sherwood Memorial Gardens (3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty's memory to Alzheimer's Tennessee or to The Michael J. Fox Foundation, in honor of her late husband, Larry.
