We announce the death of Jacqueline Delores Wiggins of Alcoa, Tennessee, who passed away on July 15, 2026, at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Brabson and Arlena Brabson; her husband Robert Wiggins; and her brother James Brabson (Debra). She is survived by: her sons, Bobbie Wiggins of Alcoa and Donald Wiggins (Anntionette) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; her brothers, Raymond C. Brabson, Melvin D. Brabson, Sr., Walter Brabson, Sr. (Juanita), John H. Brabson, Sr. (Brenda) and Charles Brabson, Sr. (Mary); and her grandchildren, Anthony Wiggins (Cassandra) of Katy, Texas, Tyrell Wiggins of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Heaven Wiggins of Alcoa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
