She is survived by: her children, Kimberly G. Henderson, Stephon D., Terrance L. Henderson and Arthur T. Tyson, Jr.; her niece CaChen Abrams; and her cousin Edith Fleet. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
