It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Sue Quillen Millsaps of Alcoa, Tennessee, who passed away on January 25, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, L. E. Quillen, Jr. and Ruby Hatcher Quillen; her siblings, Charles Quillen and Wanda Jones; and her daughter Kimberly Drake.

She is survived by: her sister Donna Sweet; her daughters, Becky Brown (Todd) and Kristy Holmes (Jeff); her grandchildren, Tiffany Pierce (Jack) and Madison (Keller); her great grandchildren, Riley and Jack Pierce; her caregiver Holly Loy; Jack Brown, Cameron Moffett, Lacy Drake, Alex and Annabelle Holmes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
