He is survived by: his sons, Michael Miller (Ana), Bob Miller (Debra) and Billy Anderson (Diane); his grandchildren, Cathy Richesin (Ray), Sandra Durden (Robert), Lori, Megan, Katie Miller (late Michael Miller), Matt Miller (Dena), Emilie Pasternak, Niki Clark (Chris), Jared Anderson (Ashley), Josh Anderson (Claudia), Shawn Richesin (Kristin), Cassidy Garcia (Manny), Samanda Knight (Josh) and Lake Burnett; his siblings, Bill Miller (Glenda), Kaye Young, Judy Hill, Pat Teffeteller, Peggy Irwin and Faye Cureton; and his caregiver Doris Lehr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who were touched by his kindness.
