It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Elaine Thomas of Alexandria, Tennessee, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Spencer Trapp and Ann Dillon Jones Trapp; and her brother Thayer Wade Trapp. She is survived by: her husband Mike Thomas of Alexandria, TN; her children, Kyle Spencer Thomas, Greg Thomas (Lydia), Jesse Hawkins and Stephen Carl Thomas (Leah); and her grandchildren, Lincoln Thomas, Olivia Thomas, Maylee Poarch, Harmony Thomas and Ravin Thomas.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Home (71 E Main St, Gordonsville, TN 38563). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at the Gordonsville Cemetery.
