She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Agee and Jessie Marvin Agee; her husband Jerald Phillips; her granddaughter Alyssia Hall; and her grandparents, Virgie and Simm Agee.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Bourland (Glenn), Randall Phillips (Britt) and Micheal Phillips (Tammy); her grandchildren, Pamela, Becky, Jeff, Micheal, Bryson, Branton and Logan; and her brother Vaughn Akins. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Sellars Funeral Home (313 W Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
