He is survived by: his close friend Sheena Rittenberry of Gordonsville; his children, Rion Rigsby (Brandon) of Kempville and Seth Dias (Stacey) of Defeated Creek; his brother Bobby Dias of Cato; and his grandchildren, Brennan Rigsby of Knoxville, Averie Flatt (Isaac) of Lancaster, Clayton Rigsby of Lebanon, Reagan Dias of Defeated Creek, Cohen Rigsby of Kempville, Bryant Dias of Defeated Creek, Preslie Brooks and Kennadie Brooks of Defeated Creek.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
