He is survived by: his close friend Sheena Swann Rittenberry of Gordonsville; his children, Rion Dias Rigsby (Brandon) and Seth Dias (Stacey); his brother Bobby Dias of Cato; and his grandchildren, Brennan Rigsby of Knoxville, Averie Flatt (Isaac), Clayton Rigsby of Lebanon, Reagan Dias, Cohen Rigsby, Bryant Dias, Preslie Brooks and Kennadie Brooks.
