She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Vernon Sawyer and Margaret Hampton Sawyer of McGehee, Arkansas; and her brother Don Sawyer of Columbia, Missouri.. She is survived by: her husband Milton Monroe Collins, Sr.; her children, Milt Collins (Amy) of Algood and Leta Collins of Cookeville, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Craig Collins (Liz) of White House, Wade Collins (Lydia Hunter) of Cookeville and Bert Collins (Beth) of Carthage, Tennessee..
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501).
