She is survived by: her husband Milton Monroe Collins, Sr.; her children, Milt Collins (Amy) of Algood and Leta Collins of Cookeville, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Craig Collins (Liz) of White House, Wade Collins (Lydia Hunter) of Cookeville and Bert Collins (Beth) of Carthage, Tennessee..
