She is survived by : her parents, Ralph Edward and Emogene Swallows Allen; her husband Tommy McNeal; her sons, Jason McNeal of Nashville and Brian McNeal (Amy) of Sparta; and her siblings, Roger Allen (Angie) of Cookeville, Lowery Allen (Cindy) of Algood, Regina Phillips (Mark) of Murfreesboro, Rafetta Harvel (Mike) of Crossville and Karen Gentry of Cookeville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
