R.) of Cookeville, Jamie Palk (Jeremiah Bobo) of Cleveland, TN, Ashley Barlow (Ryan) of Algood and Mary Hale of Sparta; his siblings, Kenneth Palk (Gina) of Spencer, Betty Palk (Roger) of Algood and Richard Palk (Carol) of Algood; his grandchildren, Destiny, Deveon, Tabitha Michelle Simpson, Samuel Matthew Cleghorn, Abby, Christian, Madison, Michael, Izzy, Harper, Tori, Lexi and Khloe; and his great grandchildren, JJ and Maeve.
