With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecilia Dumlao of Antioch, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Armando Dumlao, Jr. and Evangeline Maceda; and her brother Armando Dumlao III. She is survived by: her sister Eugenia Dumlao-Reedy; her brother-in-law Samuel; her nephew Sammy; her nieces, Eva and Dr. Lourdes Carolina; her close friend Rebecca De Leon; Darcy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Ignatius of Antioch, her beloved parish.
