He is survived by: his fiancée Joyce Varney Sinclair; his sons, Charles "Bubba" Trusty, Jr. (Kathi Claybaker) and Chris Trusty (Lou); his grandchildren, Paige, Cody and Bayley; his mother Kathryn Trusty; and his brother Kerry Trusty (Cookie).
