He was predeceased by: his parent Rosaura Bran. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Palacios; his sons, Henry Bran-Palacios, Luis Bran-Palacios and Eduardo Bran; his granddaughter Melody Bran-Villarreal; and his siblings, Jose Bran, Carlos Bran and Damarys Bran.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (5350 NW Broad St, Murfreesboro, TN 37129).
