He is survived by : his mother Barbara Ann Dunlap Meadows of Henry, TN; his wife Annetta Meadows; his children, Drake Meadows, Raven of Antioch, TN and Trynity Meadows of Antioch, TN; his siblings, James Meadows Jr., Clarissia Morgan of Clarksville, TN and Valeria Morgan of Henry, TN; and his granddaughter Emerie Meadows.
