We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2025, at the age of 60, Rex Davenport of Antioch, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Carl Rex Davenport; and his stepfather Carl W. Crews. He is survived by: his wife Connie Lynn Davenport; his mother Carol Lee Crews; his children, Rex Alden Davenport II (Angela), Jacob Vaughn Davenport (Kaylyn), Rachel Gilley Latimer (Lon) and Kayla Lynn Davenport; his grandchildren, Alden "Harper" Davenport, Delaney Jean Davenport, Lily Grace Davenport and Poppy Vaughn Davenport; his brothers, David Lee Davenport (Tracey) and Daniel Jacob Crews (Lisa Marie); and his stepsiblings, Teresa Marie Graves (Brandon) and Carl "Trey" W. Crews III (McKeshia).
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home (100 E Church St, Smithville, TN 37166). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
