He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Tuggle and Ruth Pickard Tuggle; and his sister Patricia Dollard. He is survived by: his wife Debra Tuggle; his siblings, Beverley Kelly, Roger Tuggle (Amee), Pamela Adams (Ricky) and Laura Johnson (Steve); his siblings-in-law, Billy Taylor, Tony Taylor (Dolly), Lynn Cave and Tammy Magger; and his mother-in-law Sylvia Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
