He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Quinn and Robert Quinn (Bud); his siblings, Earl Quinn and Mary Carter; his daughter Ressie Quinn; and his great grandchild Aurora Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Willie Quinn; his children, Reba McGowan (Dale), Ralph Quinn (Tammy) and Reginald Quinn (Patty); and his grandchildren, Tracey Hanley, Barbara Bishop, Danny Jenkins, Robert Quinn, Elizabeth White, Matthew Quinn, Isaiah Quinn, Patrick Quinn and Lyndsay Quinn. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
