She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Thurman Atchley and Pearlie Clark Atchley; her brothers, Larry Atchley and Tom Atchley; and her sister-in-law Patricia Atchley.
She is survived by: her husband David Lankford; her children, Jamie Louden (Jennifer), Scott Louden, Derrick Lankford and Nickie Luker (Grant); her sister Joyce Atchley; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Louden, Myla Louden, Elly Louden, Hayden Lankford, Zoey Lankford, Allyson Lankford, Brody Lankford and JP Luker; and her great grandchild Bentlee Dempsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association and/or the Lincoln Home Health and Hospice.
