It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ennis Williams in Ardmore, Tennessee, born in Toney, Alabama, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewey Jones and Georgie Dale Weaver Jones; her brother Robert Jones; her son David Little; her brother-in-law Ivan Swift; her grandson Noah Cullen; and her husband James Little.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Little and Tanya Cleary (Jeff); her granddaughter Annie Cullen; her great grandchild Mason Mertens; her sister Ruth Swift; her sibling's children, Nina Goodman (Daniel), Anita Jones, Ben Swift, Jon Swift, Sam Swift, Frank Giardini (Diane), Steve Giardini and Richard "Buster" Little; her in-laws, Erlyne Gentle and Ron Little; her stepsons, Johnnie and Lonnie Williams; and her stepgrandchildren, Donna Shaw, Barbara Stump, Cindy Gibson, Tim Gibson, Jack Shaw, Jr., Michael Williams, Andrew Williams, Bethany Tibbs, Daryle and David Williams.
In lieu of flowers, Mary requested that donations in her name be made to Doctors Without Borders, Southern Poverty Law Center, or the ACLU.
