She is survived by: her father Billy Biggs; her husband Richard Peppers; her sons, Richard Bryce Peppers of Arlington, TN and Braden Gene Peppers of Arlington, TN; her mother Frances Biggs of Arlington, TN; her sisters, Jennifer Chapman (Bobby) of Arlington, TN and Carrie Payne (David) of Arlington, TN; her nieces and nephews, Madison Harris (Shane) of Covington, TN, Hope Crouch of Fayette County, Austin Chapman (Bailee) of Arlington, Logan Payne of Arlington and Trey Crouch of Fayette County; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley Harris, Michael Reed Harris and Evie Crouch.
