She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Booth and Margaret Booth; her sisters, Darlene Caggiano (William) and Leslie Gehrig; and her daughter Dori Miller.

She is survived by: her husband Jose; her daughters, Michelle Lynn Hardy (Brandon), Kellie Renee McBride and Cherie Anne Blackburn (John Allen); her grandchildren, Cheyenne Hunnicutt, Maverick Hayes, Savanna Blackburn, Autumn Blackburn, Jillian McBride, Elan McBride, Hailey Blackburn, Katlyn Blackburn, Shawn Miller, Chad Miller, Allyson Miller, Bryce Hardy and Britlyn Sonnier; and her niece Darla Caggiano. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Cheryl's honor.
