She is survived by: her children, Delynn Byars, Brenda Smith and Kenny Byars (Glenda); and her sister Lillian Hadley (David). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Midsouth Therapy Dogs and Friends.
