He is survived by: his wife Jane Baldwin; his daughters, Jana Louise Baldwin Dotson and Lori Ann Baldwin; his grandchildren, Hollie Newcome and Darbi Culbertson; his great grandchild Leya Victory; and his daughter-in-law Ruth Baldwin.
