With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tommy Cleveland Smith Jr. of Arrington, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Cleveland Smith Sr. and Maggie Windrow Smith. He is survived by: his wife DeeDee Smith; his daughters, Michelle Witherspoon (Trevor) and Beverly Goodwin; his grandchildren, Hayden Kiefer, Asher Witherspoon, Lacey Witherspoon, Brooke Hord (Justin), Cortney Goodwin, Kendall Goodwin and Jacky Goodwin; his sisters, Della Margaret McDonald and Alice Jones (Ernest); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Royster (May) and Tim Mitchell (Pam). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel (5852 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211).
