He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe William Moore and Lorene Moore (Gallaher). He is survived by: his wife Donna Mai Moore (Dickson); his children, Joshua Joe Moore (Lauren) and Jennifer Bumpus (Josh); his siblings, Ricky Dale Moore and Diane "Corkey" Welfel (Mike); and his grandchildren, Mason Moore, Aiden Moore, Evelyn Moore, Sarah Bumpus, Suzanna Bumpus, John Bumpus and Catherine Bumpus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
