She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas William Hewitt and Ambie Aline Hewitt (Shelton); and her brother Franklin Dale Hewitt. She is survived by: her husband Michael E. Persinger; her sons, Michael L Persinger (Tamara) and Wayne P. Persinger (Lori); and her brother William T. Hewitt (Lena). She is also survived by three grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home (6316 Hwy 41 A, Pleasant View, TN 37146).
