He is survived by : his wife Karen Riggan (McCarver); his son Joseph Riggan (Samantha); his siblings, Larry Riggan (Jeanette), Gene Riggan (Sandra), Harvey Riggan (Marcy), Tim Riggan (Nam), Bill Riggan, Danny Riggan, Melinda Watts (Henry), Carol Davis (Mark) and Patricia Massey; his grandchildren, Destin Riggan (Kristian), Jackie Riggan (Erin), Gracie Riggan (Dylan) and Michael Riggan (Cheyenne); and his great grandchild Penelope Riggan.
