He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Marshall Crouch and Cornelia Dillard Crouch; his son Nathan Crouch; his sister Pamela Crouch; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Roberson.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Crouch of Ashland City, TN; his children, Samuel Crouch (Rachel) of Ashland City, TN and Lindsey Crouch of Ashland City, TN; his siblings, Michael Lafferty (Genetta) of Pegram, TN, Carol Lafferty of Nashville, TN and Billie Jean Upchurch of Nashville, TN; and his grandsons, Cory Matlock and Bradley Crouch.
