He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Brittany. He is survived by: his children, Eugene L. Waycaster (Sharon), Lorraine R. Taylor (Terrance), Raymond H. Miller (Cathy) and William T. Miller (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Jessicia, Amber, Leslie of Zachary, DJ, Shon, Curtis, Taryn, Megan, Kalyna, Leah, Will and John Ross; his goddaughters, Brittany, Rachel and Laura Beth; and his brother-in-law Tom Hamlett. He is also survived by 17 great grand children.
