He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Boyd and Dora Binkley Boyd; his wife Lydia Boyd; his siblings, Bernice Guston, Billie Tabb and Charles T. Boyd; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Tabb, Billy Guy Tabb, Nancy Williams and Alice Hudgens.
He is survived by: his sister Peggy Boyd Binkley; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Binkley, Billy Dee Roe, Bonnie Hudgens, Irene Blaylock, Betsy White, Gail O'Conner, Judy Bates and Peggy Jo Hartley.
