He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodger, Sr. Milling and Patricia Statham Milling; and his wife Robin Ball Milling. He is survived by: his siblings, Rodger William Milling, Jr., Rev. David Luke Milling (Sharon) of Ashland City and Rebecca Joy Baird (Michael) of Galloway, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
