She is survived by: her children, Rachel Giuffrida (Steve), Joseph De Lemos (Aleja) and Samuel De Lemos (Beth); her grandchildren, Isabella Giuffrida, Lilianna Giuffrida, Francesca Giuffrida, Jose, De Lemos, Max De Lemos, Pablo De Lemos, Abigail De Lemos, Caroline De Lemos and Emily De Lemos; and her siblings, James A. Clifton (Judith) and Martha Lynn Newton (Darwin). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Ashland City United Methodist Church (2226 Oak St, Ashland City, TN 37015).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Patsy's memory may be made to The Gideons International or Pat Summitt Foundation for Alzheimer's.
