He was predeceased by: his father Steve A. Krause; and his stepfather Robert Maurer. He is survived by: his mother Linda Maurer; his siblings, Laurie VanLyuk and Tim Krause (Audrey Lind); his children, Stephen Krause and Kathryn Utermark (William Utermark); and his stepdaughter Lauren Billings (Brian Billings). He is also survived by children; and 7 wonderful grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Working Dogs for Vets, a Tennessee nonprofit or Larkspur Conservation to continue their preservation journey.
