He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Alderson and Sylvia Alderson (Farrell). He is survived by: his wife Erin Tyler; and his sisters, Virginia Hoffman (Chris) of Corvallis, Montana and Rebecca Zimmerman (Jay) of Westminster, Maryland. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
